I dont beleive they are legal ways to change your identity. I do beleive they are always ways that are illegal but are ways not to get caught. And im sorry you are in the position to have the need to chagne your identity. If i could kill that man i would.

Not legally.But you can find someone that was born the around same year as you who is dead.Go to the libary to find that.Then go to the DMV tell them you lost your birth certificate.Then also get a ID.
